The ARRL news letter asks you to send an e-mail to your congressman to
support H.R. 2160.  I have attached a link to the bill.  It will task a
study be done to identify impediments to Amateur Radio's support to Home
Land Security and references two past bills that have supported this role.

Not really sure what this will do for us, but wanted to send this out for
your consideration.
