This should not be happening.  Randy told me he personally spoke to the
person at the Rose Hill PO office about a month+ ago, and was assured that
this issue had been corrected.  I suggest that perhaps another meeting with
Postal personnel may be needed, particularly if this problem has occurred
within the past month.
