[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Commercial Radio APRS Question

I am trying to beacon non-standard data with an Open Tracker, does anyone have any experience with this?

 

I am also looking for rules for using simplex repeaters on GMRS or FRS.

 

Any thoughts?
