Lara,

We meet at the Chicken Out on the corner of Washington St and Franklin St at 6 PM.

As for apartments, I lived in what used to be the Hamlets North, which is on Beauregard St near Seminary Rd.   They have changed names and look like they have been fixed up a bit.  They were OK when I lived there.  Its on the AT2 bus line and easy to get to Metro.  The only real downside was the electric forced air heat.  really cold weather meant a real high electric bill.  

Also, check out the places across Duke St from Shooters.
