I have about 40 feet to the top and at least 10 feet to the property line.

Samudra should be good to go.  Fairfax is really pretty good about the zoning for towers.  

The best thing is to attach it to the house somehow.  Some kind of a bracket.  I believe Radio Shack has something that will work.

Let us know when it goes up.
