Hi Ian,

That was a temporary measure as the MIT site was going away. (the MIT
site is gone) There is a new site just put on line by the NCR D-STAR
Association:

http://www.ncrdstar.org

Has a wiki that one can get a user id and password by asking the web
master. No self sign up so far. Karl J. Vesterling N2VQM
<kjv at ken-ton.com> is hosting the site. Hi is over in Laural MD.  Info is
being moved from the Google one Ben Gelb N1VF and I put up.
