They actually don't safely make 300 watts, but they sure do make 200 watts -
with 5 watts of drive.

You'll need a DPDT coax relay and a 24-26 volt power supply  rated for 20
amps to put it on the air.

 

To put them on 902, the mods required are quite simple - to go above 903
you'll need to remove the output circulators and replace them with a small
piece of coax. This is something I have not tried yet (W4BRM input is on
902.625)
