I have not called them back yet, wanted to share with you all what they sent
out.
On The D-Star area.  I downloaded D*Chat and have played with it on my 91AD.
I expect that there will be better terminal programs coming along, but even
the idea of packet speed keyboarding at the same time as voice is a step up.
Hope to get it loaded onto my old laptop this week.

Hi Rick,

The Historic Half Marathon is well in hand now best I can tell. I talked to
the president of the Fredericksburg club this afternoon. They are picking up
the half marathon with meetings starting on the 26th when Angela will be
attending their Feb club meeting to brief them on their needs.

I saw a note about more events.  The note below that you forwarded reads
like one not seeking ham radio support but getting the word out for 
participants in the actual events!   Are they asking for ham radio support?
