The above is the website for taking the Independent Study classes.  The City
requires IS-100.a for all amateur radio operators participating in ARES /
RACES.  The course is on incident command structure.  I would also recommend
that you take IS-700 and IS-200.

 

At the end of the class, FEMA will send you a certificate. Please send me a
PDF copy so I can provide it to the City.
