Here is the plan for the drill

Those who are going to participate need to be at The JOHN ADAMS =
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT 9:30AM for the safety brief, hold harmless form and =
assignments. We will be done by 1200 (Noon).

Our assignments are to set up a net between the Red Cross,  Alexandria =
Hospital, the EOC and at least two shadows on site.  Nothing has been =
said about links to CERT, but this is a CERT drill and we can expect =
that Don Smith KI4FON will check in.  As I understand it,  the Red =
Cross, Hospital and EOC will not be staffed or play, so we need to set =
up mobile in these location.

The City wants to have IS-100 certifications on file.  I THINK I've =
provided them with all that have been sent to me, but I will print off =
hard copies and ask that you bring a hard copy as well.

If you do not have an IS-100 Cert, then we will team you with another op =
who has for training purposes.

We will use the 147.315 repeater as this drill is on the west end of the =
city.  Shadows should be able to get by with handhelds.

We may even find time to get together for breakfast before the drill if =
anyone is interested.

Please confirm if you can play in this drill.  We are being "tested" by =
the city on this one.
