[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Hamcall updates

If you got a Hamcall CD callbook last month then the monthly update for
April is now available. Click on "options-download" and follow the prompts.
You'll need the serial number from the inside of the case.

You can update and change the "non-FCC" info for your callsign at
http://hamcall.net/updates. Everyone, not just those who got the CD, should
check their call once in a while and update where appropriate.
