[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] ground spike/stake

I'm looking for a short ground spike/stake for my portable 160m vertical!
Yep - you read that right - trying to get on Topband. 

Randy/Sandy/Marshall - were the stakes I used to hold down my tent at Field
Day from one of the military mast kits or from some other source? That looks
ideal - about 18" with a hard cap for pounding into the dirt.  Let me know! 

I'd prefer not to cut up an 8' ground rod but that's a solution also.
