Every three years, Dulles Airport holds a disaster drill that lasts ALL DAY.
INOVA hospitals use this drill for their certification test as well.  This
will be an area wide call out of all ARES volunteers (who can participate).
For the last drill we provided operators at Alexandria Hospital and we had
APRS operators help with bus (ambulance) tracking.

I don't know what the details of the drill are this year.  My guess is that
the scenario will be similar and we will again support the hospitals and
some of our folks may be asked to operate at Dulles.

If you can support this,  please let me (Rick, N4ASX at arrl.net) know, so I
know who to call and how much of an effort we can support.  For fun we may
want to offer the trailer as an on-site operations unit.
