Yes, you could use that, or you could use AE7Q's Database Query Tools
website (http://www.ae7q.com/ ) which gives you an idea of licenses that are
"coming soon", particularly with regards to vanity licenses.    For example,
take a look at the right side of the page for "Show license grants on (date
or date reference): ", and click on the lookup button.  This lists all the
licenses that were granted based on the submitted query.

ARRL's page at http://www.arrl.org/quick.html#offcampus also lists some
other lookup links you might find useful.

I may just be itchy and impatient, but I went looking on the FCC page for my
new call sign in the hopes that they might have me processed by now, but I
don't even know if I'm looking in the right place.  Can anyone tell me if
this is the right URL or what's the right one if I'm not?
