[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Smithsonian Folk Festival

Hello to everyone,
   
  I had the pleasure of being a guest on Alberta's radio station- CKUA. They were broadcasting for two-weeks here at the festival. Alberta was a major guest at this year's folk festival.
   
  Normally, I would be talking Indians and archaeology, but some how talked about ham radio. I talked about hams and emergency coomunications - Lousianna, field day practice, etc. Well I told the audience to go the ARRL and send me an email. So far, over a 100.
   
  Station has 50,000+ listerners, do I get credit for that many contacts?
   
  Off to a reception Indian museum tomorrow, so I'll miss the net - just been a busy summer.
