[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] A Quick Project for Tonight

Hi gang,

I already had a QSO with Dustin KB3MVZ. Be sure to send him and the other
check-ins a confirming e-mail (so they get 'credit'). Follow up with a real
QSL card also - much more personal than an e-mail IMHO! These youngsters
are brand new to ham radio so you may need to ask a few questions of your
own to get their tongues untied. Shouldn't be a problem since we're all
pretty good at running our mouths. :)

I am sorry for the short notice, but I just learned about this... A
Trinity Hill High School physics class in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
studied ham radio, the students got their tech tickets and are now
trying to make 30 contacts on Echolink by tomorrow! They'll ask you a
few questions and then request that you send them an email confirmation.
If you have a moment, log on and check for the calls KB3MVZ, KB3MZXQ and
there about. They have identified themselves as members of the class.
Thanks and have some fun spreading the joy of ham radio!
