[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] GW Parade Today!

Good morning all,

I hope to see all of you this morning for the GW Birthday Parade in Old Town 
Alexandria. This is a good chance to get Alexandria Radio Club recognized. The 
more the merrier!

The break down for those marching in the parade is as follows:

We are in Division 7 Number 785

We are scheduled to be in the assembly position no later than 1230. Our 
assembly area is on S. Royal Street between Gibbon and Wilkes. 

The Trailer is down at the Lee Center. I plan on meeting Don at his house at 
1000 to help with last minute loading of his truck. 

*** Deanna: Why don't you plan on meeting us at Don's 

Lets plan on meeting at the Lee Center at 1100 with departure from the Lee 
Center at 1130.

Since Rick is using the 146.655 repeater for Parade Ops, We will mointor 
147.315. Remember our coverage is not good in Old Town so when you get into Old 
Town use 315 simplex. 

If anyone has the time, put a fresh tape in the VCR and watch the new 
channels for our trailer. 

Also as of last night Rick, N4ASX is still looking for help providing 
communications for the Parade Marshals. If you were not sure if you would be needed 
then please come out and give him a hand.
