Hi Virginia ARRL Affiliated Club,
  Only a month until the Virginia QSO Party!!!  Are you and your club
ready??  The Sterling Park Club has done another great job on this event so
lets get on the air and make some contacts.  You can find the rules at
http://www.qsl.net/sterling/uf1.htm .  They also have a web page showing
which counties and cities will have a station on the air.  Take a look at
that page and see if you can help them with a county or city.  The goal is
to have a Ham on the air from each multiplier, all 95 counties and 39
cities!!  Please encourage your club members to participate and make this
years VA QSO Party the best yet!!  See you on the air from FBX / K4TS!!!
