Mazal tov on your forthcoming upgrade!

I would imagine given today’s Report and Order by the FCC, you are now
contemplating the assertion of a request via the next VEC, that would compel
the adjudication of your license to be upgraded to Amateur Extra.

I am going to take steps to attempt to attend the next meeting of the club,
since my current schedule dictates that I will likely be able to be in the
Virginia area around the 2nd weekend in January.
