After Net: interesting tests by KL7H and KL6M thru 147.24 Rptr (Soldotna).
Both were not full quieting on input and saw rptr: KL6M-S9, KL7H - S5
Kenai Rptr was moved from 146.88 to 147.24 due to 146.88 in use at Kodiak.
