Paul,

Good point. I have a 5-element 6m yagi near the new hamshack with coax
run to it. It can be oriented az=120 to favor West Coast US stations.
3-elem 6m yagi is fixed pointing north to Anchorage.

Most local VHF Contest activity starts at 1900utc (10:00 am local time
in AK). So likely I will run 50.313 FT8 in afternoon.

Note: PSK Reporter will display FT8 stations calling on 6m, plus
contacts: https://www.pskreporter.info/pskmap.html

I wrongly wrote KL7VHF with my prior post. I will run my own call
(KL7UW). KL7VHF is available for AK VHF-UP members to use in the
contest (contact me for doing that).

Later this year I hope to have 1100w HF/6m amplifier built.

73, Ed - KL7UW
