[AK-VHF] NET: Dec - 144.200 & 146.52

Net Report:

Now having problems in old hamshack at the house, but got a few checked into the net:

146.52:
KL7JHR - weaker than normal but good copy
KL6M - one bar on s-meter (usually full strength)
KL5PJ/m - weak
KL7XJ - no s-meter reading but good copy
WL7BER - by relay from KL6M
KL3WF - by relay from KL6M

got some troubleshooting to do and cables to replace on new vertical at the hamshack.

I can also operate 446.00 FM if desired by the net.
