The Geminids shower peaked last night/this morning, but there's still plenty of activity for the next 12 hours or so. I'm in Fairbanks, BP64. Anchorage, the Valley, and Kenai Peninsula are about the minimum distance for meteor scatter, but if you're interested in trying MSK144 on 6 meters later tonight or early tomorrow morning, let me know. 100 w and a small yagi pointed towards Fairbanks should do it; heck I even worked Ed KL7UW 2 winters ago using my 20 m dipole. Shoot me an email here or KL7P at arrl.net. Tnx!

73,
Ken KL7P
