[AK-VHF] Kenai POTA Run

Let's plan on the weekend of the 15th then. That's still early enough that it shouldn't be bitterly cold, and most of the parks should be open. It also gives me just enough time to get gear assembled and tested.

I'll probably do a quick activation in Anchorage thee weekend after next, if you guys wanted to meet up and plan. We could also meet up on RF to throw ideas around.
