Hello Ed and group,
I'll tune in on SSB during the net. Won't be able to rach you in Nikiski with my omni antenna, but should be able to relay in. I'll also be working as many contacts as I can on 146.52 FM.
The key for me this morning is to activate thr first site quickly so I can get to the second one, which should be a better location, and is also a POTA two-fer.

Hope to have them installed the following week. Been cold, lately, but have conduit run to shed, today and plan to wire into load center tomorrow afternoon. ----------------- Brandon-KL7BSC is dong POTA tomorrow: "I'm planning a few activations for this Saturday: - 0830: Goose Bay Refuge - 1100: Palmer Hay Flats and Iditarod Trail - Maybe: Finger Lake at 1400 I'm also going to try to get in an announcement on the Wednesday simplex net. HF probably won't be of much use for local contacts, but I'll be using VHF-UHF extensively. Keep an ear on 146.52 since I'll be calling on that frequency for voice QSOs. Also note that working other bands-mode combinations count as unique contacts for POTA, so if you want to try 70 cm FM, 2 M SSB, DMR simplex, 6 M PSK31, or other combinations just let me know and we'll plan on it.
