[AK-VHF] NET - Oct. 17 - 144.20 USB

Correction: initial Noise level was S5.  S7 pretty much blocks almost 
all signals.

S3 is result of 26-dB gain of preamp plus 17-dB of transverter gain 
amplifying normal sky noise, driving the K3 on 28-MHz.  I actually 
lower the transverter gain about 5-dB (adjustable).
S3 level provides sufficient audio drive to soundcard for digital 
modes such as WSJT-X
S5 indicates a rise of 2 s-units (12-dB) of local man-made noise.
