Good net (after I switched radios).
Having the 2m array back on top of the 50-foot tower makes a big
difference. Rotator miraculously began working after the net (murphy?).
I have it now set to az=55 which should be a good compromise for
working Anchorage and east Valley areas.
I found the IRLP channel active (145.210) and heard nothing thru my
eme preamps so pretty much confirms partial failure. I will use my
FT-736R (with no preamp) for the meantime.
KL7XJ - S7 (preamp) S7 (FT-736R)
KL7FD - S9++ (preamp) S9+ (FT-736R)
The following with the FT-736R:
KL4E - S9
KA1NVZ - S9
KL7CA - S2
KL7QZ - S2
KL3WF - S8
KB7FXJ - S1
WL7UL - S4
S1 = weak but copyable
S2 = good copy
