I have been watching .313 for you, but nothing heard as of now. You will be interested to know that KL7NC did get decodes from both me and from Hal, N7NW. Also, you were decoded by JA1QJI at 22:36. The PSK Reporter site is very handy to find out where the band is open to. Check it out.
