[AK-VHF] MSK144 monitoring

  I've left the FT726R on monitoring 144.150 MSK144 antenna pointed 180
degree true, and it appears that a couple of hours ago I had a partial
decode.  Again the call sign doesn't seems correct, here is what
appears on my screen 220539  -6  7.6  1306 & KT7NKM/R 554XTE R HH99

  Not being familiar with MSK144 I'm not sure what some of this means,
if it means anything at all. such as & after 1306, XTE after the 554,
or the HH99
