[AK-VHF] 432 Transverter

Probably not well known, as yet. Q5 Signal purchased the VHF/UHF L-series transverter
line from DEMI a couple months ago. As far as I know, they are the same transverter design.
I have L144-28, L432-28, and 1296-28 DEMI transverters of this design - satisfied customer.
