One more piece of info on filling out the Cabrillo log form:
Use PH for any voice mode, either SSB or FM
Use RY for digital modes
The ARRL robot that takes e-mail log entries can only understand
those codes for mode. If you enter SSB or FT8 or anything other it
will reject your entry and suggest you correct or modify log and
retry sending it. This factor can be frustrating the first time you
make e-mail entry for a contest. The log format must be exact as the
example given. Read all instructions thoroughly, then you should be fine.
If all fails, you can mail a written log (print forms from ARRL
contest page for the VHF Contest)
