Thanks, Paul.
There were two entries from AK for the Sept. 2017 VHF Contest.
I will be updating the AK-VHF website main page in the coming week to
reflect 2018 events.
I have two major changes going on in my station that will affect my
participation in Jan. contest:
1 - New RazTrak digital az-el encoder/tracking system on my 2m
array. This will also be installed with the new 6m array in May 2018.
2 - New M2 18-element 432 yagi going on the 2m-eme array (in center)
plus 100w PA and preamp at tower top. Replaces broken (high swr) 432
yagi on tower #2.
Also welcome new member Jim-AL2M from Palmer, AK. He receives member
#78. He has 50w on 2m. He was added to the reflector last night.
Merry Christmas and good VHFing!
