[AK-VHF] IC 260A service manual?

At the moment the only multi-mode VHF equipment I have is my IC560 and
IC260A.  Unfortunately the 260A has developed a problem, and the
limited information I've found online (schematics, board layouts,
user's manual) haven't been enough to troubleshoot it.  I'd like to
find a copy of the service manual.

The problem is that in LSB with the 100Hz tuning steps the tuning
increments by 5kHz, with the TS pressed the spteps are 1kHz and the 100
Hz digit is out of view.  USB, and CW, tune in 100 Hz or 1 kHz steps as
they should.

Any leads on a manual?

A new rig is not in the budget, yet.
