Paul,
Thanks for posting info for the June VHF Contest, June 11/12, only a
little over three weeks away.
We have family members arriving that Saturday morning at the Kenai
Airport but should be home in time for the Saturday sched. Net on
144.200. Might be late to start at 9am. Contest begins at 10am
AKDST. My step son is a ham so might be interested in sitting in for
the beginning of the contest. I probably will not operate more than
the first hour due to entertaining our guests. They will be visiting
for two weeks. There will be no net on Field Day weekend (June 25).
Also possible that some of my antennas will not be usable if we begin
some home renovation before the contest. That would require my
removing all cables to my eme tower which also has 927.5 and 1296
antennas. I'll post more on that closer to the contest date if it happens.
