First net of 2016 will start on 9am on 144.200 USB

I will not have use of my four yagi array which is lowered and 
getting a new transmission line so will be running 150w to my 11-dBi 
17-foot long vertical (ARX-270) with tip at 37-foot.  This will be 
10-dB less gain so might make my signal more difficult to copy.  I 
will be able to receive on the 2m array but at 16-foot instead of 52-feet.

Alternative is 223.50FM with two 11-element yagis at 60-foot using 
80w.  We'll start on 2m.
