[AK-VHF] No NET on Sept. 19

The Peninsula Hamfest is next Saturday and as chairman I will be 
there about 8:30am to set up.  So there will be NO Net.  Hope many of 
you will attend the Hamfest (9am table set up; 10am general 
admittance until 4pm).

There will be a brief meeting of the AK VHF Up Group at 1:00pm 
following a presentation about 600 meters.  1:30pm is the Ham license 
exams; Main prize drawing at 3:00pm.

The ARRL Contest had a light turnout though KL7YK worked 33 
stations.  I only worked four on 2m and one on 6m.
