The AK-VHF Net will meet on 144.200 USB at 9am.

Hope to see a few of you to start off the weekend.  Last week was 
Dayton Hamvention which had some attending so maybe we will get a 
report on what neat stuff they saw.  Elecraft unveiled a new 
radio.  Its where many ham mfr's introduce new products.

We are three weeks from the June ARRL VHF Contest so time to get your 
station or rover ready. I am going to see if my dish will rotate far 
enough to point toward Anchorage as I have 1296.100 USB with 125w 
with 34-dBic gain with the 16-foot dish.

I bought 120-foot of 1-5/8 inch Heliax from KL7FZ which will not be 
delivered until end of June, so will be too late for the contest to 
get my 1296 60w amp + 20 dBi loop-yagi working.  Steve's health is 
not good so folks near him might go over to see what he has to offer 
as he wants to sell as much as he can.

I know that the wx is nice but try to check-in at least.  I will be 
running 144-eme and 1296-eme after the net.
