[AK-VHF] More Changes to ARRL VHF Contest Rules

Howdy Everyone -
Recently, many changes have been made to the rules for ARRL VHF contests. Some of these changes are reflected in the rules for the upcoming January VHF Contest and others will appear in the rules beginning with the June VHF Contest.
If you are planning to enter the January contest (next weekend), please take another look at the AVG "Contests" page. There is a paragraph discussing these changes and a link that leads to a summary of them. It's worth taking a look at the summary. http://www.qsl.net/a/ak-vhf/Contests/
