My eme array is currently cranked down and winds too high (10-18mph) 
to raise it, today.  So I may only get the top antennas up to about 
30-feet by guying off the tower (which blocks the Hazer from raising 
all the way to top).  Tower has to be unguyed while raising the array 
all the way up, so I do not do that when windy.

May be good enough for the net, but expect my signals to be a little 
weaker than normal.
