With condx the way they are at these latitudes, I've only seen three or four stns in the entire state of AK on 6m in the last two months going into the E season.
Aside from the popular tuesday nite simplex net, there doesn't seem to be much going on.
A few of us try to promote 6/2 weak sig activity (non-fm) in AK , but not much interest it seems.
Too bad.
I think skeds are one way to get things going up here.
Lack of Ssb,cw 6 or 2m rigs and antennas might be part of the issue.
