The net will be held on 146.52 FM this weekend.
I will be running 120w to single 11-elem yagi at 45-feet point toward 
Anchorage.

I replaced an IC in my 432 transverter and have better sensitivity 
(still using my 12 dBi collinear vertical).  I added my old Gasfet 
preamp from 1996 which was designed for weak-signal reception of the 
Mar Global Observer beacon on 437.1 MHz.  I assume most of you are 
closer than Mars ;-)

Wx to be very nice Sunday so thinking to get up the tower to fix 
wiring and restore use of preamps on 222 & 432 plus check cables on 
432 antenna (perhaps install another antenna).  I plan to remove the 
inline switched 2m preamp to repair it (blown gasfet).  Also 
re-install anemometer that came back from mfr replaced under 
warranty.  Nice summer wx is probably going to disappear soon for the 
rainy season.
