[AK-VHF] NET: 9am Sat June 15 - 144.200USB

This week's net will be held on 144.200 USB.  This puts the normal 
schedule beck in sequence where week 1 & 3 are USB and week 3 & 4 are 
FM simplex.

There are two variances to the rule as week 2 was the ARRL VHF 
Contest (Net was held on USB) and week 4 will be Field Day (NO Net be 
held for the FD weekend).

Therefore, I propose that week 5 of June (June 29) be changed to FM simplex.
