I just created the cabrillo file using this link

the file is sent to your web address.  Copy paste the cabrillo file 
into a new e-mail addressed to cqvhf at cqww-vhf.com
with only your callsign in the subject.

Be sure to enter Alaska VHF-Up Group in the Club Name box
