It was a long trip 365.7 mi; left at 9am and got home at
8:40pm. Picked up the Rohn-45 tower (2-pieces) from Pat,
KL3JH. This will be used to support my 6-element 6m yagi at about
24-feet (a little over 1 wavelength above ground). I now have to
decide the best location to set the tower. Then dig the hole for the
concrete base. A Ham-IV? rotator obtained this last spring will be
used. The antenna will be fed with 800w on 6m for eme and meteor
scatter (and the usual E and F2 propagation modes). There are many
stations looking for Alaska to complete 6m WAS or DXCC.

Thanks to all that made this possible
