Sourdough Award for contacting at least five grid squares from your 
home station, and
Pathfinder Award for rovers that activate contacts from at least five 
different grids

2013 is the year for elections of board of directors.
Nominations are accepted until June 1, 2013.  Election of the three 
members of the Board take place in June with the Board assuming 
office on July 1, 2013 for a term of two years.

The Board selects Officers: Pres., VP, and Secretary/treasurer
The President appoints committee chairs as needed.

Ed Cole, KL7UW  "Board member at large"
Paul Kiesel, K7CW "represents members outside Alaska"
Robert Rowley, AL2B "represents Alaska members"

Officers are appointed by the board to serve a term coincident with 
the Board.  Anyone interested in either becoming a Board member or 
Officer please contact any member of the board.
