[AK-VHF] Correction on AVG Contests Page

I just today found out that I made some typos on the AVG Contests page, giving wrong dates. I've made the necessary corrections (I think), but I invite anyone who spots something wrong on that page to please let me know right away so I can correct it.

Also, I would like to congratulate Dale, KL7XJ on being elected to the position of Vice President.
