Reports on favorable satellite program put on by Craig and Dale at
the AARC meeting and their plans to attend the Fairbanks Hamfest next
weekend to host an Amsat Tale and do satellite demos.

Tom is enjoying the summer but waiting for the cool of fall for
outside ham projects (bug free). He is exploring the acquisition of
a new HF+6m amp in the 500w class.

Mike has five contacts so far on 3400-MHz eme running 50w at the
30-foot dish. He and Lana are off for vacation in the NW corner of
the US including Yellowstone NP. Discussion ensued on who had
visited all the US states. Appears Mike wins.

Announcement of John Lynn's son's wedding later today.

KL7FZ is reported to have reels of hardline available.

Ed is working on installation of a 11-elem KLM yagi on his tower at
45-feet for FM use. Ed tested his 2m PA and determined output was
170w vs 150w previously stated.

next week the Net will meet on 146.52 FM simplex.
