[AK-VHF] Now QRV on 432-MHz

I finished building the L432-28 DEMI transverter and it is running 
25w into my 436CP26 satellite x-yagi (about 13-dBic) mounted about 
12-foot on a short tower (currently pointed south).  I suspect about 
half power reaches the antenna.  Transverter shows excellent 
sensitivity (S2 for -115 dBm test signal).

I got to mow the lawn but will check back about 4:30pm (and make some calls).
