[AK-VHF] June VHF QSO Party Next Weekend

Howdy, Alaska VHFers!

This is a reminder that the June VHF Contest will be next weekend.

The sporadic E season is upon us. This morning, stations in the Pacific 
Northwest are working double-hop E into southeastern states and the 
Carribean on six meters. A couple of nights ago, some contacts were made between West Coast stations and Japan on the magic band. So, there is 
good probability that some DX might be had by Alaskan stations during 
the contest.
