[AK-VHF] NET Day/Time CHANGE

After several weeks running the Net on Sunday afternoon it is clear 
this it not a good time as participation has dropped a lot.

I've decided to go back to running the Net on SATURDAY Mornings at 
9:00am as we used to do.  On some Saturdays I may have to hand off 
net control to others if I have to leave for work.  But I am usually 
scheduled at 11am so I should be able to host the net from 9 to 10am.

*** SO NOTE THE NET WILL BE HELD ON SAT SEPT. 1st AT 0900 ***
Net will be on 144.200 USB - we will likely discuss the Sept. ARRL 
VHF Contest that is Sept.8/9
